What to expect in a circle:
We meet in a circle of equals, where there is no hierarchy and we deeply honor each unique lived experience.
It is the place to put down our roles, obligations, duties, and personalities and practice being our truest, most authentic selves.
It is an opportunity to drop in, pause, listen, reflect, and reconnect with our body and soul.
It is a safe space, judgment-free, and expectation-free zone.
We sit to be heard. We practice using our voices and speaking our truth.
